I think my BF is ordering my e-ring RIGHT NOW!!!! He just asked what size I wore. I replied that it was either 6 or 6.5. Then he replies “moissaniteco has 6.25. is that safe?” 🙂
so my question is…. if you got your ring from moissaniteco was it true to size? And did you use their sizer? I feel like I read somewhere that they ran big But I can’t find that thread now.
Thanks In Advance *excited*

I haven’t ordered mine yet so I can’t really help from experience, but here’s that thread! http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/moissanitecocom-ring-sizing

I know someone else said this, but their rings there were bigger than I was used to. My last ring was a size 8, and I wear a 7.5 from them.

I was sized at the jeweler as an 8, but it felt too tight (I don’t like my rings too tight) I usually wear a 9 in costume jewelry and Avon jewelry and such. So I ordered an 8.5. It’s a litle big, but when I get my wedding band, I think it will be ok. I’m going to order my wedding band from them in an 8. Their sizing seems to run a bit big.

Mine feels to be almost a whole size too big and I used their sizer, but the band is really thin (1.5mm), so that might have something to do with it.
I don’t know what setting your SO is choosing, but if it is pave you might want to consider sizing on the small size because if you size large and need to get it sized down it can compromise the pave stones and they might fall out.
I am going to try to get those sizing balls put in to mine because I am so scared of damaging my ring by sizing it down.
Also: CONGRATS! How exciting!!

I can wear a 6 or 6.5, but my Fiance ordered my ring in a 6.5 so that it wouldn’t be uncomfortable in the summer. It’s a bit bigger than the other rings that I have in a 6.5. When we looked at wedding bands, the jeweler sized it and said it was in between a 6.5 and 7, so close but not true to size.

I took mine to a jeweler to check the size, and they said it was spot on, for both the original (size 5) and the resizing (size 4.75).

Thanks bees!!’ Their sizer (as well as a few places I went lady night) say I’m a 6. B. Was thinking 6.25 to allow for summer swelling. I’m thinking stick to a 6 because they seem to run a tad big. I want a solitaire and was leaning towards a classic 4 prong setting so I’m thinking it’ll be a smaller band (2mm) but I don’t know what he’s picked.
