Sorry to hear of your troubles. I have purchased with them twice and had two perfect products.

I would email again. Perhaps your email did not get to the right person?

I find their chat useless.

Um, I just saw your post on BTD. What you’re doing doesn’t seem cool at all. You haven’t done anything about this for a YEAR? Good grief. Why didn’t you take pics and try to fix the problem LAST YEAR?!

Seems like you CHOSE to keep a defective set, rather than fix it, and now you’ve worked yourself up into a huff. I wouldn’t blame MoissyCo for ignoring your emails, although it probably just didn’t go thru so try again if you really want to hash this out.

Sucks that you got a shoddy ring (if indeed you did — no pics after a year?), but you need to take respnsibility for your lack of action. If you weren’t happy, you should have dealt with it last year, not wait so very long and THEN decide to go fishing on public forums for an apology from the vendor.

I’m truly sorry you weren’t happy with your ring, that stinks. Hope you get one you love.

Here’s a response to your post on BTD that sums up my feelings, too:

I am really sorry you didn’t have a good experience with MoissCo. I believe you when you say you didn’t, they are not perfect….HOWEVER…. You have already posted a year ago about this….and still refuse to take pics of the issue? You have time to post a complaint but no time to upload a pic?

If you didn’t do anything about it for a year either….then I dunno what to say….you’ve clearly wound yourself up throughout the year….you should have returned it when you noticed the issue, you didn’t. I’m not sure what to say.

MoissCo should not be ignoring you but as for the rest…well…you made your decision to keep a ring you knew had faults….

I know you’re hoping posting on the boards will help you get some sort of resolution, and I hope it does but you also have to help yourself…keeping distorted rings wasn’t the best move…as I see you said you were away for the first month after you received your ring, ok that is fine but why didn’t you immediately email moissco to say your rings were crooked and that you were out of the country and would only be able to return them once you were back….doubt they would have had issues with that.

Moissco messed up. You didn’t take the est approach at getting a resolution by deciding to keep crooked rings, and now they look even worse and you’ve upset yourself even more. I feel for you and I hope moissco do something that will make you change your mind about them but I also think you have not helped your case at all…

I’m sorry that you had a crappy experience with your first jeweler, but I feel like this is an inherent risk when you buy jewelry from the Internet and not a brick and mortar store. Regardless of how reputable the brand might be, there’s a lot to be said for face to face customer service and tangible purchases when you’re buying something this important. I hope that the company can help you out.

I would really like to see pics. I believe you that your ring has issues, but I would like to see them.

@soon2bhis:  Yeah, I see what you are talking about. You could probably get a local jeweler to straighten out that band for you, and then if you are super concerned with the band and e-ring sitting flush, you should probably get them soldered. Otherwise, very pretty set 🙂

I’m glad you posted this because I too am having issues with my moissy. It’s gotten a little discolored and i’m hoping that it’s just a flaw in my specific stone and that they will replace it.

I think if they don’t replace it i’ll just go with a diamond. I’m going to have this ring forever and I don’t want the stone to look dull by the time im 30 🙁
