My Fiance had a wonderful experience with their customer service, he bought my engagement ring first and then Chris was so wonderful in helping me find my matching wedding band!! I love the set you picked out, its so classic!! It just all seems to float together so perfectly! Here arem my moissy loves!! I hope my little rant helps calm you a little bit and take a chance on them!!

I think you should take the chance 🙂 and I think that set is GORGEOUS! but just know that any problems or resizing, etc, you have to pay to ship it back to them. I’ve ordered from them several times, the last ring I bought was not made correctly. Unfortunately they don’t use their own settings, they get them from Stuller and Unique Settings of NY. Sometimes they don’t even see the ring before it’s shipped out to you from the manufacturer. Not trying to dissaude you, just do your research before you pay for it. Check out the boards at BetterThanDiamond, they have good and bad reviews over there. I just read the review linked above, and that pretty much lines up with other experiences I’ve read about (having to send it in for tweaks and fixes).
Personally, my own experience with them 🙁 …I think ordering a stone from them is fine. Absolutely no problems, your own jeweler does the prong work on it. Ordering a ready made solitaire from them, again, probably no problems. But anything with small stones set in the band, any kind of a fussy setting…it’s kind of a risk.

I just got my ring from there a couple of weeks ago. I LOVE it. It’s amazing, all rainbowy and spakly…
That ring is gorgeous too, I think you should go for it 🙂

Thanks for posting…I was actually referring to the review that MsYellowJacket pointed out (same thread, 5th post down).
It is FINALLY HERE!
Down in that thread when the recipient said:
Fiance and I were looking at it closer and 2 of the prongs are “higher” than the other two and the stone is slightly lopsided. So…off it goes to be fixed. *sigh* I know you can’t tell in the pics, but for as much as we paid, I expect it to be perfect.”

I love moissaniteco.com Seriously! I had a MILLION questions for them and Chris and Robin were so helpful. I mean some of the questions I came up with were crazy. “Can I wear it in the shower?” lol but they were always so helpful. Even after Mr. Tattoo ordered the ring, they were still helpful. So it wasn’t like some of these companies out here who get your money and then take forever to get back to you. He had his own list of questions and got quick answers to them.
Even after he ordered it and I had a mini freak out, Mike, the owner, over at betterthandiamond.com assured me that everything would be fine. How freaking cool was it that the owner took the time to answer my meltdown?
I love my ring. I’m going to have to send it back to be resized (since I’ve lost weight) because a lot of places around here won’t touch moissanite. Fine by me. I trust moissaniteco.com to resize my ring with no problem.
Here is a cell phone photo of when I first got it. I can’t wait for pro photos.
