My ring actually took around 2-3 weeks to process and ship, I think it states that somewhere on their website, but I’m not sure.

Either way, hopefully you will get a partial or full refund, that is nuts that it broke like that! I know it happens, but it’s so rare I usually don’t see it!

@GoldfishPie:  I wish I had known that they get the settings from unique settings sooner! I just read your post and searched US website until I found the setting I had ordered, then using their style number I googled it and I could have bought it for 2/3 the price of at moissaniteco 🙁 I am quite disappointed.

@BluePeaches:  But then it would just be the setting and not have the moissanite in it! That’s probably where the price difference comes from. Plus you have to incorporate the cost of setting the stones professionally, which if done by a reputable jeweler, can cost $75-$150.

@GoldfishPie:   I only ordered the setting from moissaniteco, so the prices are for the same thing (just the band portion). I amhaving a head added and stone mounted locally because they did not have a head that I wanted :/

The strange thing is that the cheaper website also lists better stones as being in the band.

@akirasan:  Hey there, did everything work out?  Is there any news with your ring?
