I’m getting a standard moissy but there are yellowish tones in it I’m sure. I’m not bothered by that. I actually love warm stones. Fb definitely makes the stone whiter

I have an unenhanced .75 ct. I’d say my stone is about as white as they come.

Mine is an amora moissanite but it is colorless. I don’t see any hint of yellow in any lighting, the only color I see is when it sparks which I love

I have a standard 1 ct equivalent. It shows yellowish in certain light. It doesn’t bother me, probably because I researched for over a year before buying one. I made sure I would be comfortable with it showing colors and not behaving exactly like a diamond before I bought it. My favorite thing about it now, is the personality of the stone. If you’re wanting something that looks like a diamond then you should get a diamond.

I would say moissy looks like a J to L. Near colorless is white and just from photos on here I def think moissy is lightly tinted, especially big stones and cuts other than RB.

When I had my  Fb oec moissy i would say it was probably around a J most of the time. In certain lighting it looked very white and in other lighting it looked a little warm. I’m assuming round brilliant moissanite would be whiter than an oec though.

Blackrabbit:  My friends FB round moissy has yellow green tones in some lighting. You can see the yellow green in pictures here, the same stone can look whiter in one picture and tinted in another. Moissanite round brilliant are cut shallowly compared to a real diamond to offset the double refraction. Don’t know why the cut would only be “very good” rather than excellent or ideal unless it’s because the faceting is done overseas for budget reasons and the skill level is not there? It may just be who grades it?

I love my moissy!!! I don’t notice any yellow or green tints in it. I have a 1.1 ct unenhanced cushion.

I have an unenhanced moissanite, and I would definitely not call it colorless, but these are the two pictures I’ve gotten of it that show the most color (sorry the first one is sideways). To me it doesn’t look yellow or green, but it does pick up colors, especially in natural lighting.

I’m really happy with every detail of my ring, though–stone included. I love it!

Edit: Tried to fix the picture 🙂
