I’ve already told the Fiance that his next big jewellery purchase for me should be an OEC enhanced moissanite in a vintage style setting – though the OEC and Asscher Amora Gems are looking awfully tempting. For now, I’m content to gaze upon my Avarra emerald and moissanite ring (props to BTD and Moissaniteco). My best friend loves how much the sidestones sparkle and I’m inclined to agree with her.

Keep up the moissy love everyone!

Okay, yay I can finally contribute! I am still getting accustomed to it but this morning when I left the house I was walking by the bushes in front and it looks super green! I saw some intense purple sparkles today too. I just love it!

I love your ring!  Is that the Cartier Repro in yellow gold?  The double claws are amazing.

Thanks for addressing.  I did not want to respond and turn the thread in the wrong direction.

@jaymelicurtis:

Yes, it does.  IT is second to diamond in hardness. It does not get cloudy and is much more durable than cz.

@jaymelicurtis:  well yes, it’s their marketing strategy. just like moco says ‘doesn’t simulate..surpasses..’ on their site. they want you to buy what they sell so naturally they tell you and/or believe what they sell is the best thing going.

@Little_Hedgy:  I’m way too lazy to read pages 3-4, but I have to say that this is my #1 setting ever. I LOVE my setting, don’t get me wrong, but if I ever need to replace my e-ring, I’m totally going with that setting with an OEC moissy. Fosho.

@sparklediva:  Thank you Smile I spcifically requested the double claw prongs because I’ve always loved how they look. It’s the eng794 ring from Moissaniteco.

Is moissanite not available in a pear cut?

@DelilahDiamond:  Not from Moissaniteco but I did see a couple of years ago that Schubachs offered a blue moissanite in a pear cut.
