I got mine enhanced and I’m glad I did. I can still see a tinge of yellow in certain lighting, but it doesn’t bother me at all. However, if it were more yellow it probably would. (Mine is a 1.25 round)

I have a 1.5 carat enhanced and i do believe you should always get it enhanced.  I can see a tinge of yellow in mine only in certain lighting.  I did have a .74 diamond before I got this stone (it was vintage,  not the best quality) and my new stone is 100 times nicer!  I’ll attach a picture for you to reference, but i definitely think you should get enhanced. It’s worth the extra $$, you’re going to have it forever!!

the first picture is outside in perfect sunlight, the 2nd is in my office to give you an idea ๐Ÿ™‚

Mine is 1 carat from Helzberg and I have no idea whether or not it’s enhanced. We didn’t ask for it though. I’ve never noticed a yellow tint but occasionally in certain lighting it will have a very slight greyish tint. Usually it’s completely clear.

thank you! ๐Ÿ™‚ i do highly recommend the enhanced, it’s worth the extra $$, i have no idea what mine would’ve looked like if we didn’t do it!

We are ordering from Moissaniteco.com (already did. Just waiting for it) and we automatically got it enhanced.

I have an Asha, and i LOVE it! I’m so glad there are other women out there that aren’t going the diamond route.

I read a lot of posts on betterthandiamond.com, where you can find side-by-side comparison pictures of enhanced and non-enhanced stones. I believe moissaniteco.com is the only jeweler that offers enhancement.

We definitely opted for enhancement of my 6mm cushion. I still haven’t laid eyes on it because he wants to do his big official proposal. He’s making me wait until mid-November!!! ARGH! I’ll post again when I finally see my ring!

@jayce: Isn’t that so frustrating!? I know he has the ring, but he’s making me wait!

@jayce: I know he doesn’t have it here. I found a post it note that basically said he sent it back to moissaniteco.com for enhancement. I thought we chose that on the phone, but apparently we didn’t. I don’t know. I DON’T KNOW! I know he didn’t have it shipped here. Ugh! It will probably go to my mom’s house and she is GREAT at keeping secrets!
