I have very oily and acne prone skin, yet recently my skin seems to be changing to combination. I still get very oily in my tzone and chin, but cheeks and nose are very dry and flaking. I don’t have much luck with moisturizers as they aggravate my skin and cause acne. I’m currently using complex15 and I would compare it to water. Feels great applying it, then skin feels tight and super dry fifteen minutes later.
Any product suggestions?

When I was working in a kitchen, my skin was very oily and breakout-prone due to the heat and grease. I used Clinique’s foaming anti-acne cleanser twice a day, and their “even better” lotion for oily skin during the day (it has sunscreen and also helps fade out any dark spots from breakouts), then at night I used their nighttime antioxidant moisturizer for oily skin. It cut out about 95% of my breakouts. I have insanely sensitive allergy prone skin, and their products never cause a reaction for me.

@Future_Ms.Bostonceltics: cerave lotion is amazing, and that’s what I use for my acne prone skin. I try something new but always go back to cerave.

I don’t have acne, but I have extremely sensitive skin- rashes, eczema, combination oily and dry, etc. So I don’t hav a specific acne moisturizer rec., but for sensitive skin I highly recommend the cetaphil and cerave products. I use the cetaphil moisturizer for normal to dry, I think and it’s really light and noncomedogenic (sp) so you can put it anywhere without worrying about clogging pores. If you do have dry skin anywhere, the pot of cerave cream is AWESOME! Good luck!
