I think the regular vera makes you look hippy, while the white by vera is much more figure flattering!  Goodluck

Are those two different?

The first fits kinda wonky at the waist but the design looks almost identical to the second one. I guess I’d go with #2 based on fit though.

I like the White one better. I think the waist is a bit more dropped which is more figure flattering. In My Humble Opinion the vera one has that fabric that pops up at the hips which gives the illusion of wider hips. In the white on you look tiny! Also, the dresses are almost identical so I wouldn’t see the point in spending a lof of extra cash on the Vera.

sorry I have to agree with your mom. I LOVE the second one. The first one looks ok but something about it just is not right. HOWEVER, you need to do what makes YOU happy. Maybe it doesnt look quiet right because it does not fit right.

To be 100% honest I think you should keep looking.

But if you’re in love with this styling, the White is leaps and bounds more flattering.

I also agree with your mom that the White is better, but since they are virtually the same dress, maybe it’s the fit! But I imagine price is a huge difference…could you convert the back of the White into a laced back?

Folks, she wrote that the first dress is too small on her.  That’s why it looks strange!

Clearly, the quality of the skirt on the first is better than the quality on the second.  As for the bodice, it’s hard to tell in the pictures.

I personally hate knock offs…even when designers knock off themselves for cheaper lines.  If the budget allows, I’d go for the real deal.

Oh my gosh, they cost the same?  Get the real Vera.  Once it fits, it’s going to look spectacular on you.  The White gown is okay, but the materials don’t look nearly as nice.

They look exactly the same to me??

I think you should keep looking. You obviously have a great figure and I don’t think that dress does anything for it.
