Hi everyone. I became a first time mom to a beautiful little girl just 5 weeks ago. I will be getting released from my doctor next week and will then be able to start working out. I am just wondering if any of you have at-home workout routines that you can recommend? I’m not looking for a quick fix, I want to be the healthiest “me” I can be for my daughter. Thank you!
