I haven’t had the baby yet but naturally I am an innie but it does seem to get shallower as my abdomen area expands.

I always had a deep belly button, but right now, at 23 weeks, it is pretty shallow.  I think it will actually “pop” by 30 weeks.  My husband calls it my “turkey timer,” lol.  🙂

heh, mine called it a turkey timer too, but it never popped… it was just barely inside out at the end.

With my first I “popped’. Iwas really small the first time and got really big. My second I never “popped”, but it did get more shallow. My second was really tiny and I didn’t gain too much weight though. I think it depends on how you carry the baby and how big it is.

i was around 120 when I got pregant and gained around 60lbs mine popped and now it looks like it did before! I didn’t have an outtie it wasn’t too deep either. I accidentally voted that it didn’t. oops. I went one week after my due date but it was popped about a month before. It’s funny talking about this 🙂

At 38 weeks… my belly button is barely a little divot… but it’s definitely not “popped out” at all. My belly button wasn’t very deep to begin with, but it’s just very stretched out!

I’m just about 26 weeks and half of mine has popped, and the other half is sort of flat… I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before it’s a full blown outtie.

I have a deep belly button and it’s gotten shallower but not gone yet… at 27 weeks.  Fingers crossed that it doesn’t pop all the way out!

At 27 weeks mine is shallower, but not looking like it will pop.  It acutally looks like a black hole on my huge belly.  My baby bump has a huge dimple where my belly button is that you can see through my clothes.  I hate it.  I hope it starts popping out!

I have a deep belly button as well and it didn’t pop at all when I was pregs with my son.  i think it because more even instead of an innie if that makes sense.

I have a belly button question…what happens after the baby is born?  Does your belly button go back to looking like it did before?  Or does it look different forever?

And also, has anyone had a bellybutton ring?  I’ve kept mine in, but I wonder if I won’t be able to wear it at some point?  Or will it stretch or something and I won’t be able to use it after the baby is born?
