I did! Today!

We’re having a girl! She’s due just after yours

I would have been happy either way but it is exciting!

My husbands birthday is September 23rd! It’s a great day! ๐Ÿ˜‰

But yes! We will be finding out the gender next month. I’m convinced it’s a boy and my husband is convinced it’s a girl so we are going to make a bet. Loser has to empty the dishwasher for a month! Haha

Aww, congrats on finding out the gender! That’s so exciting! My husband and I will be finding out the gender either next month or in July. For some reason, I have a strong feeling we’ll be having a boy, but we will see I guess. We’ll be perfectly happy with whatever we get though. As long as our baby is healthy, that’s all that matters to us! โค๏ธ

I have to say it, you’re finding out the sex not gender ๐Ÿ™‚

We are waiting and just want a healthy baby.

I have found amazing clothes for our little one due July 3. The Happyology cactus print is the greatest thing I’ve seen!

The nursery is white, yellow, and grey with some awesome wood pieces like a rocking chair and shelving. We have started getting some prints and photos framed for the room and just washed all the bedding and clothes we’ve received so far for baby.

We didn’t find out. I really didn’t want to know (and won’t find out for any other pregnancies either) to me it’s like finding out what you’re getting for Christmas, it’s nice and all but the excitement is gone.ย

I was very clear that Darling Husband had to be the one to tell me the gender. One of my favourite moments from the birth was him shouting ‘it’s a boy!!!’

lula0508 :  We are waiting.  My husband thinks it’ll be a nice surprise “reward” when the baby comes (lol, isn’t the baby the reward?).  Me, I hate pink with such a passion that if it is a girl, I just don’t want anyone to know until they’re all done with showers and things.  A couple of pink things I can accept.  A whole worldful will make me vomit and give it all away.  While my sister and mom don’t hate pink as I do, they too find it difficult to walk into the “girl” side of the store, everything is so glitter and fluff and cutsie-pie.  It’s likely to be a boy anyway – my husband is one of 6.  But we’ll see come August!

Congrats! I definitely plan on finding out (it won’t be for another month or so, though). I’ve been reading old wives tales though and at this point I’m convinced girl ๐Ÿ™‚

We found out through the DNA testing and we would definitely do it again if we have another.

we did not find out the SEX of our first.  Darling Husband wanted to but i convinced him to join my side.  although, he said from the moment we got the call from our RE that they beta was positive, he knew it was a boy.

we are due with #2 and i don’t want to find out, but leaving the decision up to my husband.  he is undecided at this point.

SEX : the organs a human has, biological

GENDER : one’s internal, personal sense of being a man/woman
