(Closed) Mom's veil to modern hair piece in NYC

Hello! My mom just gave me her veil with her blessing to do anything I would like with it. There are beautiful lace and pearl details on it, which I would absolutely love to have turned into a modern headpiece/hair clip that I can wear on my big day. Do any of you know places in NYC that do this kinda work, and preferably not for a large amount of money? (PS – I totally know I could get myself to Michael’s and DIY, but I am nervous about messing up the beautiful lace and then just having it be ruined.)
