I felt the first movements at 18w and Darling Husband finally felt his first couple of kicks at 23w. I have an anterior placenta and it really did dull down the kicks up until the end of the second trimester

I felt her kick for the first time at 14 weeks.. only once or twice. By18 weeks I was feeling her kick consistently.

I was between my 16th-18th week, I was sitting by my computer on a pregnancy board actually reading about babys kicking for the first time (I was feeling sad because everyone was saying they felt their baby at 3 to 4 months)  and all of a sudden I felt a thud in my stomach, like someone kicked me literally but from inside. It was very hard and very obvious but it was one single kick. I was literally stunned for several minutes. By the time I reached my 20th week it was constant.

I put 1-9weeks because I felt the very first movement at 9w4d.  It wasn’t repeated until 10 weeks and beyond, but my little girl has been moving and grooving more noticeably pretty much daily since about mid week 10.  I’m currently 14w1d with my first pregnancy that’s ever made it even close to this far, and now we are pretty sure that my husband has felt the kicking as well.  The baby is SO small that it’s like a finger lightly tapping your hand, but it’s definitely there, and it’s at times (most of the time) when there is no gas that it could be being confused for.  I absolutely LOVE feeling her move!!!

@MeeShell:  @WifeOfD:  @KateByDesign:   YAY! This is reassuring news for me as I have an anterior placenta too (just found out last week) so I’ve been a bit gutted I wouldn’t feel anything for yonks.

I had flutters from around 16 weeks but felt my first legit kick at 18 weeks ish.  From that moment on it’s been constant but obviously getting stronger each week to now at 32 weeks my ribs are sore from being kicked and my cervix and bladder are being punched!  I guess it was around 20 weeks that I could see and feel movement from the outside, and now my belly is pretty much constantly moving and jiggling, haha.  I love feeling him though. ๐Ÿ™‚

I felt something at 15 weeks, like something was flicking me from the inside, but I discounted it because it seemed really early and nothing similar happened for weeks – then twice on Saturday (18 weeks 5 days), like something fluttering inside when I lent forward. Now that was the baby. ๐Ÿ™‚

I felt a goldfish in my stomach at 14 weeks and my first real kick at 15. By 16 weeks, I felt regular kicks daily. This was fairly early, according to my OB.

This is so exciting! I am at 10 weeks now. Wondering when I will feel it. Nothing yet.

With my first pregnancy, I remember sitting in the armchair in our livingroom one night and feeling the baby move for sure. I can’t remember the specific feeling of it, but I remember the moment. I was around 16 weeks.

This pregnancy, I’ve been having feeling since 13 weeks. Little tiny light taps. Not surprising that I’m feeling so early…as on my ultrasounds, baby is always horse-kicking my insides!

Evie19:  I felt my first baby right around 20 weeks. She would go crazy every afternoon so I would sit on the couch in silence with my hands on my belly and she would kick like a mad woman. I probably felt her before 20 weeks but didn’t “know” thats what it was yet and thought it was just stomach twitches from pregnancy. Now at 16/17 weeks with #2 I have already felt him or move here and there. It gets really fun when the baby is bigger and you can SEE the movements when you have your shirt pulled up. My daughter once kicked me so hard while out to dinner w friends that I gasped and it seriously took my breathe away. She was a little crazy! ๐Ÿ™‚

Everyone is different. I felt my first flutter at about 14 weeks but when I googled it everyone was saying it was too early, especially for my first. Turned out I was right.. because the flutters got stronger and stronger and much more frequent. Now I’m getting full on elbows and other body parts stretching out so I can see them. I think most women might feel things early on especially if they’re smaller framed but might chalk it up to gas.

I voted 15 weeks, because that’s when my doctor confirmed what I was feeling.  This time, I have little fluttery feelings at almost 12 weeks, but I’m pretty sure it’s just uterine spasms, I can’t imagine feeling the baby at 12 weeks, even though I’m super tiny.   It just seems silly.
