Just wondering? Was anyone worried they wouldnt have enough to pay for everything? I am so nervous I will end up not having the money to pay people. Kinda going over budget! I go over the budget and it seems we will have enough, but i am worried about unforseen fees and stuff.. uughh.. any thoughts or stories??

Hi Jenny,
Perhaps you can use some tools like the Knot’s online budgeting tool to make sure you’re not missing little details? http://planning.theknot.com/wedding-budget/
Or do you mean unseen costs that are in contracts that vendors don’t talk about up front?
I have a very nice spreadsheet that divvies up categories as well as projected months the items are due, but you’d have to know Excel if you want to try it. It’s very customizable.

No, we set up a joint account, right now it’s just the wedding. It helps us keep track of what we are spending. so far we plan on putting enough for all our deposits, and little things here and there. Next year we putting lump sums in there, to pay our final bills. What we done is set max amounts we want to spend on each thing. Although Fi wants to up the budget so we will see what happens. I would set money aside each month and have max amount so you don’t go over.
