I am doing a hand-painted aisle runner monogram. I would like it to be something people can see as they are coming in and being seated (being seated from the outside aisles, there will be a ribbon across the aisle until the processional starts).
How far from the end of the aisle runner would you suggest doing it? I am thinking the bottom starting 3 – 4 feet from the end, so about 1.5 chair rows?
Or should I do it halfway down the center of the aisle? Choices, choices. Halfway down the aisle might photograph better, but I feel like people won’t see it as much.
We’ll have somewhere between 15 – 18 rows deep.
Here’s a picture similar to what I’m talking about – most pictures just show the runner, not the full picture of it with the chairs so I can’t tell how other people do it!
