sweatergal007 : Yea this is my stance as well.. I have literally broken down the costs for them, multiple times, and it is still incorrect. I tried calling them earlier, no answer (there are 2 owners who are trying to do everything so they are rarely in office) so I left a message and sent another e-mail. I’m not going to go get checks and mail them; at this point it isn’t my fault if they can’t track their records properly.
Hopefully this whole experience for them is a bit of a wake up call that their tracking and organization needs to be looked at. I’m sure they don’t like being hounded by customers trying to pay either.
