I think Blake Richard sounds the best for the boy name.

I chose Emme for the girl because I’ve actually never seen it before and I think it’s really cute! I see a lot of Emma’s but never an Emme. Not sure how well it goes with Jennifer. Emme Marie would be super cute, though!

Jennifer is a really awkward middle name- I think Jennifer Paige sounds good though. Jennifer is just very much a first name IMO. I really like it with Paige.

Blake Richard is my favorite boy.

i LOVE the name Jude. That is secretly my number one boy name. I also picked Emme. I love that name – I think it’s so cute. DH’s cousins daughter is named Emme – it’s unique but not crazy sounding! lol. Love your taste!

    Favorites in order:

Jude (love it), Tyler (like it, less common these days but nice name), Blake, Jared (I don’t really like either of the last 2)

Avery (I really like this one, sounds modern without being weird), Paige (I’ve known several and it’s a nice name, goes well with a lot of other names), Emme (would this be pronounced Em or Emmy? it’s okay, just a bit odd for me), Mackenzie (this has always sounded like a last name to me, I’ve known several and I still don’t like it)

I picked Tyler and Avery (though I wasn’t thrilled with any of the girl names).

I like Jude bc it’s the most uncommon, I know tons of Tylers, Jareds and Blakes. The same with Emme. I don’t know any Avery’s though, but can’t help but think of labels.

If you don’t know many guys with your boy names though then it wouldn’t be a problem for you.

@roxy821:  I love Jude, you’re going to get a lot of “Hey Jude” singing, but it’s an adorable name. I have twin boy-friends named Jake & Judd.  Do you like Judd?

@roxy821: the only thing that matters is that you and Darling Husband love the name. There is no name out there that every single person likes. If you and Darling Husband love it, go for it!

My cousin named her son Grayden. Everyone told her how much they hated it. But now the name fits him. People don’t even think about the name anymore.

I voted for Jude & Paige!

I think Jude’s cute–why are people making fun of it? Sure, he’ll probably have to listen to choruses of “Hey Jude” his whole life, but there are worse problems to have. Paige just strikes me as classic and tidy–and it reminds me of an adorable girl I used to babysit named Paige, who was named for Jimmy Page! (And her older sister was named Morrison, named for Jim Morrison. Uh huh.)

I’m not that bothered by Jennifer as a middle name. Paige Jennifer, Emme Jennifer, Avery Jennifer–yes, it’s more in vogue to have a shorter middle name to “clip” a longer first name “Madeline Eve” “Avery Rose” “Jennifer Paige,” so we’re more used to hearing the sounds that way, but I’m not turned off by a reversal. And besides, in reality, how often does a person hear and use their middle name, other than like, graduations and stuff?

I really like Blake and Avery.  And my middle name is Jennifer, so it can work, but is a little awkward to go with Paige or Emme….Avery Jennifer is okay though.
