Did you have any EWCM to go with the spike?  Unfortunately I think you’ll need another month or so under your belt with charting to see a real pattern.  🙁   But to me it looks right!  I’ve been using FF for nearly a year and really like it.  I think it’s usually right on for me!  Your TWW temps are looking good 🙂

According to the charted temps It looks right that you O’d on Saturday.  I know you said that you were on BC for a long time, but do you remember what your cycles used to be like? Many women don’t have the “normal” 28 day cycle.  Mine ranged from 30-37 days before I got pregnant.  Keep charting, and definitely check out TCOYF.  Adding in monitoring of your cervical mucus will give you a lot more information.

As for the back pain, I doubt it was related to ovulation.  There are so many reasons a person’s back could hurt.  Unless it becomes a pattern in the coming months I wouldn’t really worry about it.

FF looks accurate to me! If it helps to know this, the guideline is that your temp has to be in the lower range for 6 days before the spike and in the higher register for 3 days for O to be recognized.

for now, i would agree with FF. ovulation on saturday. but what time do you usually take your temp and when did you take it on sunday? if you took sundays temp a lot later than all other temperatures i think you could have ovulated on sunday instead. you could adjust that temp and see what happens then.

I also agree about Saturday.

Keep in mind that if a temp is disturbed, it’s likely to be higher, not lower. So the low temps on 17 and 20 really don’t fit with ovulation.  Your temp has to be higher than the last 6 temps for 3 days for O to be confirmed.

@Rose120:  It’s not a huge deal to not know your dpo within 1 day, so I’d just leave it since 45 minutes is not a long time.

I O-ed on CD21 this cycle – it can happen that late for sure, even later in some cases. Signs look good!
