I keep finding out all this info that we didnt know when booking… Just found out today that they might have another wedding on our day in the same room Ours is 6-11pm but they might also have 1 12-4! Im really hoping this girl has her info wrong because this IS a deal breaker! And also that suite all my paper work says is included….. ya we can still have it if i pay for it! So I pretty much hate my new consultant. Shes pretty much well a bitch! I want my other consultant back. Enough about that, that was my last post!

Did they tell you that the room was included when you booked? If so, I’d talk to the company & ask for a new consultant & let them know what’s going on. Maybe even could you meet with a potential new consultant before giving them charge of your wedding. If you have it in your paperwork that its included, you can’t be charged for the room.
Sometimes venues host multiple weddings in a day but you’d think they’d put at least a few hours in between weddings. If they have to be out of there by 4pm & the wedding venue has done weddings before, they should have a system down. Or ask what kinda system they have in place to ensure you get a clean place without other people there.

Eeek! This happened to me too! After we booked we found out that our wedding was to start at 6pm because there may be another event booked before ours! I was pissed and only got them to budge 30 minutes so my ceremony can start at 530

They told us when we book that they only have 1 wedding per day! We have had SOOO many issues with this place its just crazy!
1st the menu we wanted wasnt an option anymore. Then the room we had booked had a minimum no one told us about that was DOUBLE what we planned on spending ( Thank goodness they told me if i moved the wedding up a week they would give us the room w/o that minimum) This is our 3rd contact person in 4mths! its crazy!
