I think for me, my huge problem with people who are 100% pro life can only see the fact that regardless of the reason behind it, abortion is wrong. Well no, that’s not correct. In some cases, abortion is the only way to save 1 of the lives. With your argument, you are basically saying that if there was a life or death situation, and the only way to save the mother is to abort, then you would want both to die, since abortion is wrong. That is what I think its so frustrating for many of us. If a person knows they can’t support a child – whether it be financially, emotionally, or whatever, and can’t go through with adoption, then their only choice is abortion. I don’t understand the viewpoint that every life should be saved, regardless of what the outcome is. It just does not make sense, because it is not a black and white issue, there are tons of gray areas. And I also have to wonder, how many pro lifers would actually pony up the dough to raise said child they saved from abortion? I would venture to think hardly any, if at all
