We had about 10 no shows who had RSVPd yes on the day of our wedding! How many are you over by?

for the reception? not everyone will be sitting at the same time but even if you don’t have tables for everyone try to have some extra chairs set around

15 isn’t so many. Can you put the tables on the dance space while people are eating so everybody has a place to sit for dinner, then move them for the dancing and just leave out the extra chairs?

I wouldn’t worry I had 100 no call no shows for my wedding w/ my ex. These were people I had talked to within the last 72 hours too.Don’t sweat the small stuff.
