Hi bees, my dress is the Mori Lee 3111 (I still cant believe I cant find one single person on here wearing it!) it has a mermaid style bodice. When I tried it on at the shop it was a little hard for me to walk but I think it was due to the fact that the dress was two sizes bigger and I kept stepping on the dress with my heels on, I’m sure it wont be as hard when my size comes in. I was wondering though, should I use a petticoat under, would it make the dress look better? Here is a picture of the dress so you can get an idea. Btw, if you have this dress please post a picture! I would love to see an actual bride wearing it! 🙂

I am so glad you asked this…i too will be wearing this gown. and i had questioned if i should wear a petticoat…my thing..since it is already a fitted gown. we do have some wiggle room..however.. i personally dont want to eliminate any of the wiggle room with more tulle. I will be getting married in the spring, so i dont wanna get too warm…if you decide to wear one..please post pics!!

Maybe you could ask a seamstress? They might even have something to help you visualize it. Good luck!
