@pierce8:  Mine started bad around 6 weeks– 7 weeks was hell. I’m now at 9 and it is MUCH more controlled. But I did stop taking my prenatals (I know there will be *gaspers* but Ive been told that if my diet is healthy– my baby can get the nutrients from my body due its tiny size during 1st tri.  I will pick them up again at 12 weeks, but Im enhoying the hell of not wanting to barf everywhere)

I also took B6 along with my prenatals but it honestly didnt do much for me.

@tampalove35:  That’s what my Mom told me to do! She said that was completely normal advice in the 80s when she had me and STILL in 04 when she had my youngest sibling!

I ate high protein, high carb and made sure to get a bunch of exercise. The only two things that would help my MS!

My two suggestions are:

– take your prenatal right before you go to sleep. Take it with a small snack if you need to.

– Talk to your midwife/doctor about getting a prescription to help! I couldn’t have survived the first trimester without Zofran and I lost a ton of weight before I got the prescription.
