I was sick like that for almost 2 months when I was pregnant with my daughter. Immediately lost 15 lb in the 1st trimester. I pretty much lived on fruit and soup but usually what foods made me sick changed daily. I remember dumping out a cup of coffee and throwing up in the kitchen sink. I probably was throwing up 5-10x daily. Are you just feeling nauseous or actually puking yet? I don’t have much advice, just wanted to say I know its truly awful and it won’t last forever (even if it feels like it will). Oh and I definitely recommend abstaining from sex, ask Darling Husband if he’d like to risk getting puked on, lol.

One of my best friends is pregnant and also has all day morning sickness, it can really be awful. Her doctor actually prescribed her an anti-nausea medication that has helped at least take the edge off so she doesn’t feel awful all the time. I’d second a visit to your doctor to see if they can help you with the nausea. You can also try lemon or ginger chews or candies, we recommend them to cancer patients receiving chemo and a lot of pregnant women find relief with them as well.
