@As_You_Wish:  That’s a good price, didn’t think of ebay. I just checked & the one I bought was 25ml for the same price.

@CaptainSpaulding:  Thanks! I think I will order it from Ebay. Can’t wait to give it a try.

I use morrocan oil shampoo and conditioner (drawing a blank on the name, I’ll try to find it) and it helps my hair alot. I also have used the morrocan oil serum and it does help, but I still find my hair is a little dry. People compliment me on how healthy it looks but I want it softer.

I use it and leave it in all day – I’ve found it really smooths a lot of frizz in my curls. I use Organix renewing Moroccan argan oil. I just buy mine at drug stores, for 100ml it’s usually about $10.

If you have really dry hair, you can try different oil treatments to help. Almond oil, coconut oil, and olive oil are all great for this; you can warm it slightly, massage through your hair and leave it in for a couple of hours or overnight and then rinse. I used to have a lot of problems with hair products drying my curls really badly, so I would do a weekly oil treatment at home which went a long way to fixing the problem.

@celticbride:  Aha!  You definitely should try the oil – it is expensive but it lasts a really long time since you use so little of it.  Good luck!

I use an Argan oil spray that I leave in all day, and I freaking LOVE it.

I got excited when I saw this as I work for a firm that represents Moroccanoil in some matters. I agree that the product is amazing. I just wanted to warn that Moroccanoil is a salon only product and therefore only sold by Moroccanoil to authorized salons. The retail price for a bottle of oil treatment is usually around $38.  You have to be careful when buying off of amazon and eBay because there is a lot of counterfeitproduct on the market. Buying from a legit retailer is the only way to ensure you are getting the real thing!  I would be careful of anything too cheap as it is usually not the real stuff!

I’ve never heard of washing it out. I use it after I blowdry my hair but before I straighten it – it smells amazing and makes my hair so smooth. It never gets hard so I have no idea why it would need to be washed out. Just remember, a little goes a long way 🙂

Just saw the update – makes more sense as to why she told you to wash it out. Definitely get the actual oil next time.

I use the Moroccan oil by Orgainx, they sell it at Walgreens or Bed Bath and Beyond. It works great, I love it.

Yep- I use it everyday because I bleach my hair and it is GREAT! It leaves my hair so soft and smooth. I use the kind that reebee uses and only use a pump or two!

I live in Florida and I have been using argan oil for some time. I love how it reduces fizz. I use PrettyArgan products. I like using them compared to the Moroccan oil products because their ingredients are not all chemical, but ingredients you know and understand. Plus, this company offers their products in small size packages to give as party favors for weddings. They even include a personalized message on the package.

I am having a Moroccan theme wedding and will be offering argan oil, argan hair serum, and argan soap as party favors. I think the guests are going to go wild! I wanted to share this to those who love argan oil and may want to give them away as party favors!

@celticbride:  I LOVE moroccan oil!! I use it everyday to smooth fly-aways and to keep a nice shine to my hair. The moroccan oil hairspray is fantastic too!! I don’t know why she said to wash it out? Weird.

Here is what I use (as you will find there are MANY companies claiming to make moroccan oil since it’s very popular now):

I love this stuff. I don’t wash it out – I don’t think you’re supposed to? I run one pump through the lengths of my hair after washing, and then leave it in. My hair dries much faster, it feels super soft and silky, and I love the scent too. One bottle lasts for ages.
