Surprisingly I’m not stressing that much about them. I found a website (link below) with the wording that the church suggests. They have templates for the ceremony with and without mass.

We’re meeting with our priest next week to finalize all of the readings and songs and he keeps a basket of wedding programs to give us ideas. I’ll let you know how that goes after.

As of now, we’re planning on making our own programs that look something like this:

Hope this helps!

Depends–wording isn’t stressful, especially if follow kybride2012’s advice with that website. I sat down with the Pastor (mine is a Lutheran ceremony though) and got the whole ceremony figured out so I just laid it out that way (ie bridal processional, greeting, exchanging of vows, exchanging of rings, etc).

NOW, if you are talking actually DIY programs then YES, a pain in the rear. I changed my mind from 1 type of fan program to another because the one with the popsicle stick between the paper was way too diffcult. I opted for this website:

Don’t fret. It will come together 🙂

@Willow1991:  Are you fretting the wording or the design of them or both? I’ve created them for two Catholic Mass weddings and could definitely help if you’d like! Feel free to send me a PM. 🙂
