I have a amazing future Mother in Law, my future husband lives in the same city as I do in North carolina. My parents live in NC but my future In Laws live in Flordia. My Future Mother-In-Law recently said that she feels left out of the planning, not on our part, but just because of the distance. We are going to have a very simple, yet traditonal wedding, but I want to include her somehow on some type of planning but idk what. Any ideas?

Could you run ideas by her online or over the phone? Maybe include her by video call when you shop wedding dresses or have a hair trial? She may not necessarily want to do any actual planning – sometimes, just feeling included in discussions can be enough, so chatting about what you’re doing may make her feel more involved.
If you’re going really traditional, maybe ask if there is a family heirloom or memento from her side that could be used as your ‘something old, something borrowed or something blue’!
