Yeah, that blew up a few months ago. There was an article that somewhat defended the Mother-In-Law as well. It made some good points. I’ll see if I can find it.

OMG! I just read this.

Does anyone know how the Mother-In-Law responded after this went viral. Just curious how she tried to defend herself.

How embarassing for the woman who sent the e-mail!  Firstly, she is not even Freddie’s real mom.  Secondly, all her indiscretions are well publicized now.  And thirdly, you can search for her and pretty much everywhere on the internet she is portrayed as an ostentatious snob spouting hypocritical canons on etiquette all the while displaying the poorest of manners to the FDIL in question and her parents.

HAHA! I still have to laugh at this one based on my own experiences with my in-laws.

Earlier on in my relationship with my husband (been together for over a year at this point) my Father-In-Law told my husband that he didn’t appreciate that I was “walking around like I wasn’t a guest” and this was becuase I refilled my glass of water from the fridge door dispenser w/o asking if I could, lol!

Oh yeah, and not to mention that my Father-In-Law also called my dad (whom he had met once!) to leave him a voicemail and said word for word, that “he didn’t know if my parents are aware of the fact that the bride’s family is supposed to pay for the wedding, and flat out asked why they weren’t!” and as a sidenote, we never asked his parents for money, I had saved for years and was fully aware that my parents could only contribute a certain percentage; but nonetheless he took it amongst himself to make the phone call.

This was all in the past & my in-laws have relaxed and arn’t so uptight, but I seriously have to laugh at all of this!
