Whenever I try to lose weight it always comes of my lower belly last! This is a pic from july 27th (in the light pink top) and then this morning December 20th.
Biggest difference in my life? I started working out minimum 3 days a week and no longer have regular ice cream treats each night. Seeing my progress this morning gave me an extra wind of motivation!
