(Closed) movement- not kicks.

It’s called quickening!  You can usually feel it between 13-16 weeks, so that might be what you’re experiencing.

@BoiledPNut:  I never heard of that!  I’m looking it up!

@mrshersch74:  I experienced something around 12-13 weeks that felt like baby was running on a treadmill along my tummy right below the belly button.  It was going for to long to be gas bubble.

I didn’t feel any movements until 19 weeks. And it mostly felt like the baby was barely rubbing the inside of my stomach, and it was down pretty low.

At 12 weeks the baby is still really low and probably not near your belly button.

I could feel movement probably around 17 weeks (I have an anterior placenta) and the kicks didn’t start coming until 25+ weeks.  Just now at 32 am I seeing the movement on my belly.
