OMG Everything makes me cry. Ones people already said like Steel Magnolias, Up, Losing Isaiah… Some  others:

  • It’s My Party- petty much the whole dang movie
  • Crazy, Stupid Love- Carell’s last monologue where he’s talking about falling in love when he was 14 (my parents fell in love at 14 and mom passed 4 years ago)
  • Dead Man Walking
  • Soldier’s Girl
  • My Sister’s Keeper
  • Brokeback Mountain
  • Prayers for Bobby
  • Stepmom
  • Promises
  • The Kite Runner
  • Beaches

Man… that’s a lot.

@paula1248:  Oh my gosh… Toy Story 3 makes me cry EVERY time… at several points!

And I forgot Dreamgirls. JHud singing “I’m Not Going” gets me every time.

@angelinthesnowxo:  Requiem for a Dream is so depressing. Ugh!

@paula1248:  Yeah, I cried at the end of Tangled, too Undecided. A bunch of animated movies get me! Dumbo, Up, Bambi, the Toy Story movies. My Fiance even cried when watching The Fox and the Hound, lol. He was so embarassed and I’m not allowed to bring it up 🙂

I have also cried when watching…

The Notebook

Steel Magnolias

I cried SO much when I saw the newer version of King Kong lol

I cried when Tom Hanks lost Wilson in Castaway

Forrest Gump

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas

I bawled during The Help when Emma Stone’s character found out what happened to Constantine

An Affair to Remember

And so many more! Especially anything where animals are hurt/die – that always gets me

@MrsDPal811:  As soon as I saw the name of this thread I immediately thought “A Walk to Remember! Duh!!” I love how that was one of your top three.

Also, this isn’t a movie but the song “Don’t Take the Girl” by Tim McGraw used to make me cry like clockwork. My ex used to prank me all of the time by playing it and I swear, every time I would start bawling, especially at the third verse.

I love when you laugh and cry at the same time, because you realize how stupid it is but you just can’t stop 🙂

Pay It Forward, Schindler’s List, Marley and Me, Hachi (pretty much any movie where the main character is an animal really), and as nerdy as it sounds, every Harry Potter film starting with the fifth one on.

@amyinbrisbane:  Yes! I cry everytime I watch Homeward Bound. First sad tears when Shadow is stuck, then happy tears when you see him come over the hill.

Titanic- every single time. Not so much Jack dying but when they show the old couple on the bed, and the captain, and the mom singing to her kids I just start bawling.

Pixar’s UP is the worst for me. The worst! And my poor fiance as well. He can never make it through those tough first 15 minutes!!

@MrsBeck:  I know! And at the end when she’s an old lady dreaming in her bed about being back on the Titanic, walking down the stairs in her nice dress and seeing everyone.

@amyinbrisbane:  Yes! I just can’t help but watch this whenever it’s on TV which is terrible because it’s like four hours with all of the commercials!
