All of them. Sad, funny, sweet, dramas…I mean you name it, there is a scene in all of them that makes me tear up.
FH always laughs at me as I improve on my sneaky tissue-dabbing skills.
The other night we watched Parental Guidance, and the part where the little girl and the mother have a heart to heart made me cry. Oh and that part where Bette Midler tells Marisa Tomey that “the husband stays”? Yup, that made me cry too and hug the crap out of FH.

Life as a House always gets me sobbing like a baby…even as I recite the lines along with it.

Up. That movie seriously…how is it appropriate for kids?!?!?!?!? lol
I Am Sam. I had to watch this for a class I took last fall, and I seriously cried through the whole damn thing.
My Sister’s Keeper. I hate that book, but the movie was on a plane my friend and I were on. We both watched it, and we both had tears STREAMING down our faces. haha.
Oh, but hold on. There is a kid’s book that makes me cry EVERY SINGLE TIME.
It’s called Love that Dog. This little boy is writing poems about the poems his teacher in class is showing the kids. He reads the Red Wheelbarrow by William Carlos Williams (so much depends on the red wheelbarrow glazed with rain water beside the white chickens) and writes his own poem:
So much depends
a blue car
splattered with mud
speeding down the road.
Which is horrible foreshadowing because he’s already said he HAD a dog…so he writes another poem about the blue car, and then one about his dog, and then it turns out that his dog was hit by a car. It’s DEVASTATING.
Okay I just started reading it and it actually made me cry. I CAN’T USE THE BOOK WITH STUDENTS BECAUSE OF THIS!!!
Omg. I would share the poem that is so so sad but it’s really really long (just a lot of short lines). If you want me to I will, though!

The new Miracle on 34th Street when he sings jingle bells with the deaf girl in sign language. I’m tearing up right now just thinking about it.
And Rudy. If you don’t cry at the end of Rudy, you’re not a real man.

The Green Mile. It’s pretty much the only movie that makes me cry every time I watch it.

I know, right?! I thought with Steve Carrell it would be funny….wrong. Good move, tho.

I always tell Fiance that if he were to be played by anyone in a movie it’d be Steve Carrell – not because he looks like him, but because he always plays types I think are similar to FI’s personality.
