Seems like a normal enough response to me (given the history here).

I don’t think you need to send anything back, but if you want to, I’d just say something like “You’re welcome – we look forward to seeing you at the wedding!”

I don’t think you need to respond, but I also don’t really see too much wrong with her response. It’s a little clingy, but at least she’s being nice and loving and pleasant.
