I have 4 enegagment rings. I really do love rings.
Top to bottom. Top ring is a princess cut sapphire ring in yellow gold 1/5 carat diamonds on the band and 2.5 center stone lab created sapphire.
The lighest blue ring is swiss blue topaz in yell goald th eband and halo are 1/4 carat diamonds the center stone is 1 carat cushion cut. I feel like this ring out shines all the others.
The pear cut ring with the halo is in rose gold 1/10 carat diamonds the center stone is 1.5 carat london blue topaz ring. This is one of the newest rings I love it becasue sometimes the london blue topaz looks like a sapphire other times it looks like an emerald. .
Last ring on the bottom is my orriginal enegagment ring a pear cut sapphire ring, center stone 3 carat set in rose gold with 1/10 carat diamonds on the band.

All but the topaz are so similar that in everyday life I wouldn’t even think you were changing rings, because the blue sapphire colour looks so consistent in all of them. I probably lean towards prefering your original, the pear solitaire.

rose162 : personally I prefer the blue of blue diamonds (which aren’t too expensive loose because the are usually lower clarity) and as for topaz, I don’ like the blue ones but I LOVE smoky topaz. Is blue your favorite color?
Edit: I look at pictures and then skim-read, I just realized after posting that you’e just showing off what you have, not trying to decide what to buy……but your also obviously a magpie lol, so I’ll leave my comment, this post could easily turn into to a general discussion on ring preferences, which I’m down for. I love browseing stones on Etsy and stuff.

I love the blue green color of the London Blue Topaz and the contrast with the warmth of the rose gold! And maybe biased because I love my pear halo 🙂 sharing because nail twins!
