yes! I have had multiple rings for several reasons.

first off I work with kindergarteners so I have a smaller ring which I can wear on the days we do messy things like gingerbread house decorating 😍. The smaller set is white gold and the larger set is yellow. The yellow e ring came from a pawn shop and is older and sometimes I give it a rest to preserve it and I wear the smaller ring on those days. Some days I just wear one or two plain bands and that’s all. I can always stacks the bands if I want a mixed metal look.

I have always had a love affair with rings and my wedding rings are no exception. Because my husband knows my quirky ways he doesn’t pay it much mind.

i understand how ppl could just want their ring to be one set only, nothing against that.

but I hope this answers your question as to why someone might have more than one❀️

I think you should live your life as you please! Get what you want especially if your husband is on board.

I wanted to move in together so I asked my then bf to marry me. Two months later he proposed  and one month later we got married- moved in together. So money was tight and we decided to wedding ring shop for our anniversary. Doing research i found how expensive diamonds were,  so I looked for alternatives and found the bee.  I fell in love w stories of the women whose stone was from a family heirloom or given to them by a relative. So i wanted to leave stuff too when i die lol.

For my year anniversary i didnt even get a band. I got  a solitaire sapphire i wear on my left and my diamond e ring on my right.

This year i got a rose gold spacer to start my stack. Next year maybe a 7 stone band who knows. With so many options of stones its possible without breaking the bank and ill be able to leave behind prettu thinhs cuz i wont need them when im dead lol

I have the diamond given to me by DH when we became engaged, my grandmother’s .25 Tiffany, and one of my mom’s two engagement rings (not given to her by my dad LOL).

I wear them all, depending upon what I feel like wearing, my other jewelry, and so on.

My diamond was reset in a very different style in 0214, and I wear it now much more than I did, because I like the new setting so much better.

They ALL have a lot of emotional significance for me, even though I don’t know who she was engaged to before my dad.

I feel that I’ve spammed my many ring combinations around here a lot…bu I really think that as long as you are wearing a sign that you are married, who cares which one you wear??

I have more than one, my first one was an antique that had a smaller diamond and later we replaced it with one that was significantly larger but was previously owned but I didn’t want to wear it out so my current one is a white gold princess cut with a diamond wrap

I enjoy them all and they all represent our ❀️ love so I enjoy them all equally

I’m a sentimental person, so the set I get will be my set for life. Everything else with be a RHR. I might pick up a cheap silver band to wear when I’m working with my hands or at the beach, but other than that, I want to wear what my SO picked out for me πŸ™‚

I have multiples and I see nothing wrong with that as long as you have a ring there that is what matters . Good luck πŸ€πŸ‘

I have a pear diamond and a Kobelli moissanite ring.(I have a feeling that’s a Kobelli on the second picture haha) In my experience people don’t question it unless you wear them both πŸ˜€ I like my diamond ring more than the moissanite and yeah it’s not that hard to tell it’s not a diamond but I personally never had anyone comment on the moissanite not being a diamond. I felt guilty about having 2 rings too but I’m glad I have them both now. Whatever makes you happy πŸ™‚

I know several people who have multiple sets, my mother has and my sister, I don’t think it’s uncommon…and to be honest would you care if people said anything?! I mean what difference would it make anyway?! Your marriage is still the same regardless πŸ™‚

Having said that I don’t want another ering…i’m just too sentimental over it, so is he haha

No guilt here! I have two sets and I’ve been driving my husband insane about getting a third with a moissanite! I have about five different wedding bands too. I like jewelery. He doesn’t care what I wear. Everybody is happy. My existing two are colored stones. So I want a clear stone. Or at least that’s my “excuse”. But if your hubby doesn’t care and you are keeping the old one, I say go for it!

Now, I would never get rid of my original ring, bc it’s special to me. But a girl needs options.

I have a gemstone e-ring given to us by my parents. It was my mom’s engagement ring (she just wears her wedding band) and as my fiance is back in school recently it didn’t make sense to spend a lot of $$ on a ring! It’s also sentimental for me. However, his parents recently told me they want to buy a diamond engagement ring for me in addition to my wedding band. At first I was conflicted but now I am excited to have a more traditional ring to wear if I want to. As others have said, it’s common to have different options or upgrades. After the wedding I can’t see myself purchasing more wedding rings; I just can’t stomach the expense! But who knows in 10-20 years if I’ll change my mind πŸ˜‰ I think I’d prefer to spend on other jewellery pieces if I am to invest in more jewellery later on.
