I have a few music questions
I am going to have my bridal party come in to “Simple Gifts” by the New York Philharmonic, originally I’d been thinking of using Canon in D as my entrance song- but I’m afraid the tunes don’t mesh well… can someone give me any thoughts? I really love Simple Gifts now that I’ve heard it, so I’m pretty stuck on that. I just feel like it builds a lot… so I wasn’t sure if I should go with something more building, like Ode to Joy.
Also when we enter the reception, is it traditional to have everyone enter to the same song, or switch it up for the bride and groom. I want my fiance and I to enter to dynamite by tiao cruz (yep- totally different from ceremony! but it’s more of an inside joke!) Should I use that for the rest of the wedding party, or have theirs be something else. THoughts?

OMG totally simple gifts! Simple gifts outweighs canon in D and ode to joy handedly in my opinion. 🙂
And when you enter in the reception, it’s totally up to you! We entered to different music than the rest of our bridal party.

I was going to have the Bridal party come into Simple gifts– haha! I guess I could come into myself, but I just need ideas of which songs go well with it, 🙂 Thank you I do LOVE it though!

Oh no, I meant the bridal party coming into simple gifts! You should enter with whatever else you love! 🙂
I had a side note about entering in the reception to the music you chose. 🙂

Oh oops! PS I just noticed that this is a double post of another thread and I’m the only one commenting over here! :/ Haha. I’m going to close this one so we can resume the discussion here:
