@jenilynevette: Haha, I wish I was as organised! I try to make lists but… I Lose them :-/
I think that photos of the before the guest touch the perfection are a great idea because you more than likely wont get to see it on the day.. After all you have planned it down to the very last detail so it will be nice to see all the hardwork in all it’s glory! If a list puts your mind at rest and reduces te stress level go for it… Never mind what others think 😉

@SherbertLemony: Yeah, I REALLY want pictures of things untouched. The decor, the photobooth area.. just all the little details that I’ve put a TON of effort in but probably won’t be able to enjoy the day off. I’d at very least like pictures. Plus, we are kind of going above & beyond your typical candy buffet.. making it a candy/dessert bar.. + an 8 tier cake w/ 3 chocolate fountains & dippables.
We’re doing TONS of little DIY and detail type stuff.

@jenilynevette: I think any deent photogropher will listen to you and your list, even if it is long. I know mine does, he’d rather know what I do want to see, and what I don’t, so he doesn’t take photos of my rings in flowers, that I’ll hate, but he might like. they can stillacapture your day in their style while getting you the prints you’d enjoy as well.

@W292737: Yeah, I think alot of “photographers” in this thread probably wouldn’t have very many clients if they said any of the things they said here. Even if they don’t work off lists, they shouldn’t be as rude with their clients, it would be silly to do so.
Each photographer I’ve talked to has been great, no rude comments or anything, and I haven’t been turned away either like some of the photographers said they would do!
