- Wedding: January 2012
I got married January 14th, and am now getting to my recap! Hope y’all enjoy! My phographer, Claire Diana, was awesome. Love them!
Writing my vows off my friend’s iPhone
Showing the bridesmaids my bustle. Haha
Bouquets in! They did a “go team” cheer for me all day, including on the way to the church. It was so cute. Haha.
My two best friends since I was 11 and 12. We have this same picture at least once a year for the past 12 years, and couldn’t miss out on this opportunity to get one.
Walking in with my daddy! The drop veil was exactly what I wanted it to be. I was so nervous, but I was super happy to see I was smiling in the pictures. Hehehe.
I loved my dress so much.
At the altar! I love my sister’s face in this one.
Here, I was what I call “high on hand.” I was nervous, but Darling Husband kept rubbing my hand with his thumb, and I was super zoned into that. 🙂
Crying at his vows. We wrote our own, but everyone is still talking about his. I managed not to ugly cry! 🙂
Didn’t know she was gonna drape her stole like that, but I really liked it.
The kiss! We’d never kissed in front of our families until the pastor made us at the rehearsal, and it was so awkward, I ran away. Lol. So I had to make up for it this time.
Mr. and Mrs. Sweetpea!!
Right after the recessional, we all gathered right outside the church doors, and were all making so much excited noise, the DOC had to shush us and shoo us away.
We were alone after the ceremony, and Darling Husband pulled me over to say “We did it.” My favorite moment of the day, and the photographer got it. So happy!
Not the cake topper I bought. I don’t know where this came from, but whatevs. Haha.
Darling Husband: “I’m gonna give you a fork-full of icing.” He was serious.
Don’t judge, that cake was delicious, y’all.
Best friend hardcore going after that bouquet. You can see the anguish as it almost hits the ground.
