(Note: I finally figured out last post how to do captions between pictures!)
(not a pro-pic, but our first kiss pro pic that our photog got was…awkward, lol– I’m hoping she had more!)
Right after! Well…almost (Maybe TMI– but we totally consummated the marriage right after the wedding, during 15 minutes that we took just for ourselves, to be alone ;D One of the best decisions we made for the wedding!)
Us and our MOH’s and Bridesmaid or Best Man 😀
My photog had me hold out the ring and had the groomsman be all shocked– not crazy about the pose, but my brother (right next to me), nephew (right in front) and super awesome friend (all the way on the right) crack me up so much with their poses! Especially since my brother is a body builder, and a very “bad ass” kind of guy.
The groom, about to be attacked. I’m not huge on pose-y pictures, but I figured a few couldn’t hurt.
Actually attacked– the girl two the the left of the groom had actually just punched him in the stomach (she’s our roommate, haha)
One big, happy family 🙂
All of the bridesmaids with the flower girl 🙂and their bouquets 🙂
Playing on the swingset 🙂
Ok! I’m almost done, I promise!

What an awesome wedding!!! Congrats!

- Wedding: September 2011 - Bent Creek Winery (Livermore, California); Reception: Family Residence (San Ramon, California)
Oh my gosh, your wedding looks amazing! And you are so stunning in your dress! Congrats!
I especially loved all the meanings behind everything.
Thanks! That’s what it reminded me of, too– I used to act, and so I love the big mirror and make-up application, like I was getting ready to be in a 1940’s play or something 🙂
Thank you! That’s one of my favorites, we have it up on our wall 🙂
Thanks, me too! We were so thrilled when his brother offered to let us get married at his place 😀
Hahahha, thanks! I was also the one who picked all of our ceremony music, and DH knew nothing about it, so guess what song the newlyweds walked back up the aisle to? 😉
Post # 21
That’s fantastic. I walked down the aisle to “Love of a Lifetime” by Firehouse (one of my bridesmaids played it on her violin), and it was our first dance too! We are HUGE 80’s nerds. Rick Astley is THE MAN.
Like, seriously, that is the best thing I’ve ever heard. I’m really upset I didn’t think of that in our wedding. We had a freakin’ 8-Bit Nintendo wedding for cryin’ out loud. More 80’s awesomeness would have been fab.
Holy crap you Rick Rolled him! WOW! These are beautiful!
Daddy daughter dance with my biological father
Daddy/daughter dance with my (step) Dad, who has always been there for me (and who walked me down the aisle!)
Dancing to “I’m Yours” by Jason Mraz
and singing it 🙂
We kissed so much during out first dance! I didn’t quite realize!
See? (I love this picture, it reminds me of that picture of the sailor kissing the nurse :D)
Aaaaaand, one of me, ridiculous, later on in the evening (way, waaaay later– I’m in my reception dress, and it’s about 1am, so I look crazy!):
My sister is the one with the awesome face behind me! Hahaha, I think I was being a tiger for the camera?
One more post with a few leftovers is next, and then I’m done! (…until I get the rest of my pro pics)
thank you! It was so much fun 🙂
Thank you so much! There are a few pictures I’m not thrilled with due to chicken wing arms, but I used to be 40 pounds heavier, so overall, I’m happy 😀
Thank you 😀 It felt nice to have so many meaningful things surrounding us 🙂
hahaha, gotta love rocking out the 80′;s and 90’s! And 8-bit wedding?? Fantastic!!!
Hahha, thanks! One of my friends in the audience actually came up to us afterwards and ‘punched’ me in the arm, because he was so pissed he got rick-rolled!
