I have been collecting pieces of glassware at garage sales, antique stores, goodwill, etc… I have 120 pieces! Each table has a massive floral arrangement, but we will use 5 additional glass pieces filled with candles, or mini rose arrangements (all done by my florist, I just have to supply the glassware!) No two pieces are alike. I have everything from crystal vases, to crystal butter dishes, to wine glasses, to crystal candle stick holders…and today, I found a CLOCK for the bar. YIPPIE! Love, love, love. I have included my inspiration photo so you girls see the vibe I’m going for! I want the guests to take one of these mini arrangements home with them at the end of the night—I cannot keep storing all this glassware!!!

Oooh lovely! Great steal! Your inspiration is GORGEOUS! I can hardly wait to see photos of your wedding!!!
My favourite thrift store find is this one:
When it’s closed it looks like a clam shell…..
And then it’s a transformer!!!!
It was $1.99! And I love that it perfectly matches the little $1.99 candy dish with shovel in the background. I freakin love finding a good bargain!

This whole antique thing is so new to me. I love really sleek modern things, but I get all giddy about cool silver stuff when it comes to my wedding, LOL! I also have accumulated 4 different stainless steel cake stands. Go figure!
You should have heard me scream ‘OH MY GOD THAT’S AWESOME!’ in the store when I figured out that this little clam thing folds out like a transformer. Some guy walking past thought I was hilarious.
