Hi everyone! It’s been a while, but I’m back from my Paris elopement and I have pro photos to share!
First, a quick shout-out to my vendors, especially my amazing photographer, Tala Nicole Photography (http://talanicolephotography.com/). My hair and makeup respectively were done by Ciara Coiffure (http://ciara-coiffure.com/) and Charles Gillman (http://www.charlesgillman.com/). Our officiant was Melinda Mayor (https://celebrateinparis.wordpress.com/) and she was the best.
I know you all want photos, so here we go! I’ll do them in little waves/replies so I don’t overload.
Our first look:
We started down by the Seine, where my dress got a little muddy from the recent flooding but it was totally worth it!
More to come!

I hope you enjoyed these! Overall we had an absolute blast, largely thanks to our amazing team of vendors. I didn’t do a hair or makeup trial and we had obviously never met anyone in person before the big day, but everyone was on time, friendly, and did a great job!
Other details in case anyone wants to know:
We stayed in an Airbnb apartment, we used Blacklane for a driver service (https://www.blacklane.com/en), my dress is the Wtoo Selena, and my husband’s (!!) suit is Ralph Lauren (50% off during Belk’s twice-annual charity sale, highly recommend). My veil is from Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/YuriCWeddingShoppe, the Cara veil). Hair flowers were also from Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/gardensofwhimsy). We used the Wally tri-fold travel bag to transport the suit, dress, both sets of shoes, veil, and accessories (https://www.amazon.com/WallyBags-Inch-Tri-Fold-Destination-Bag/dp/B00DRDEGV6).
Edit: My lip color is Sephora’s cream lip stain in Always Red – I brought it with me so we could use it! It’s a great universal red.
If anyone has any questions, please ask!!

You look awesome! Was it hard to walk around in your long dress and heels? I asked this question a few days ago and I was advised against doing so by some folks on the bee. I plan to have the ceremony, take pics, go on the river Seine then go to lunch. After which we head home for a nap to resume explorations later on. Your pics are beautiful!

I actually wore flats! My dress wasn’t heavy so it wasn’t hard at all. We did have a car that dropped us off and picked us back up, driving us between photo locations. I highly recommend that. We used Blacklane (as I mentioned above) and booked 3 hours for about $130, which is a lot cheaper than the companies that target elopements specifically. My photographer was awesome and came up with an itinerary based on locations we discussed and told the driver where to go.
Even with the driver, we walked a lot and my feet hurt by the end of it (plus one of my flats unexpectedly rubbed my heel wrong and gave me a blister). I wouldn’t recommend heels just because of possible walking distance and the different terrains/surfaces you might be walking on.
