Hey! I’m going to post my daily workouts and exercise for accountability purposes.
I was a little surprised to get on the sale today and see 137.4. While this is a healthy weight for my height (5.7), I hope to get down around 124 for my July 3rd wedding. I’m a little anxious about my ability to do because I know it gets hard to lose more weight when you are already at a healthy weight. I got down to 124 for a while last year and was able to maintain it for six months, then summer and too much beer and some stress came along.
Most of the challenge will be diet. I eat pretty healthy, but have a major weakness for pizza. I am going to try to reduce my salt and refined carbs and cut back on drinking.
This morning, I did 50 min of weights with some kettlebell swings and jumproping.
