I have received quite a few messages asking about my experiences with Jasmine’s bridal shop.
My advice would be to provide as many pictures as possible of the dress you want, front and back and close ups. Use Paint program to write instructions or arrows or add detail to your pictures, be really specific in what you are asking for. When you are sent progression pictures study them carefully, enlarge them, then again use paint to write instructions or any amendments you want.
The English of the representatives you will receive correspondence from is excellent, they have to relay it to the seamstresses whose understanding is not always so good but are experts in their field, so as long as you are very clear in your instructions you should have no problems. Even if it takes a couple of attempts they will sort whatever you want in the end.
Be very very courteous at all times and complimentary of the work done and you will receive only the very best prompt service. They genuinely want to please their customers and are very proud of the standard of their workmanship!
Hope this helps, I am so pleased I went with them for both my wedding dresses, my bridesmaid’s dress and my daughters prom gown.
