We took Annie on her final journey to the vet. It was quick, but peaceful. I wasn’t sure if i wanted to be in the room but i did, and i’m glad i did.
My heart is broken but i know i made the right choice, and she will suffer no more. She was always my sweet little baby! She was the most loving cat i have ever known for 14 years. My husband bawled his eyes out, and he didn’t even cry when his grandpa passed away a couple weeks ago!.
She will forever remain in our hearts!
I am worried about Jade, her sister now. They have been together for 14 years, and i’m worried about how she will act when she realizes her sister isn’t coming home!
My Sweet baby girl

I’m so sorry for your loss. We said goodbye to our black lab yesterday. He was only 8, we found out Tuesday that he had cancer, and was gone yesterday. It happened so, so fast that we are all still in shock.
Rest in peace little Annie and our dear Chevy.*hugs*

@RockStar33: i am so sorry. 14 years is a long life and i am sure it was very fulfilling for both of you. pets really do become a very large part of our families, don’t they?
i know exactly what you are going through. i had to put my cat down a couple of years ago. he was 18 and i was devastated for days.

@StaceyA: I’m so sorry! Annie was just diagnosed with oral cancer as well. An aggressive and painful spot. She wouldn’t have liveova other year even.
