@AmyFarrahFowler:  yes! I’ve been using this about every other day since it was posted and I can definitely see/feel a difference! Especially my shoulder area!

I’ve been doing this workout. It’s overall for arms/shoulders/chest/back so it’s pretty cool. It’s short enough to fit in a day, but I feel sore afterward. 🙂

@fingerscrossed:  Lift weights! I’ve already noticed a huge difference between now and when I started going to the gym, which was only May 15th! The flab that I have on my arms has tightened up a ton!
