I usually have a pretty simple routine but it is four weeks unitl the day and I have but my routine in high gear. What are you doing beauty wise.
First, I have acne prone skin. I need to get rid of pimples. This is how I get rid of my pimples. In the morning I put a prescribtion antibiotic lotion on. At night I put prescription vitamin A on. I have been exfoliating every three days. I go swimming in a chloranated chlorinated pool. This clears up my skin and doubles as excercise. I wash my hands, pillow cases, sheets, hair, makeup brushes. Disinfect makeup bottles daily. Disinfect purse handle. Get a little sun. I know, I know it causes wrinkles and cancer but I like to go outside with no sunscreen for 5 minutes a day. I will also get a glycolic acid treatment 2 weeks before the day. I have oral antibiotics that I can take a week before the wedding if I want to. I have no pimples today. Ill cross my fingers.
Next, lips. I have been exfoliating my lips everyday and applying a lot of moisturizing lip balm to them.
Third is skin. lotion lotion lotion and sunscreen. I do want to get a little sunkissed look so dont forget tube tops when going in the sun. And yes you can tan through sunscreen. Oil free lotion for the face and a special undereye cream during the day and at night.
Hair. I have been shampooing with an all natural shampoo so it doesnt dry out my hair since I am shampoo my hair daily or everyother day to avoid pimples. I am also using an all natural condition in addition to K pak treatments. I am going to the salon to get a deep condition treatment in a couple of weeks. I will also be getting some highlights at the salon and a trim and I have hair extenstions too. my hair extensions will get some layers in them too.
Mental health. I have been swimming for excercise and I have been getting plenty of sleep. I have been eating 2 – 3 healthy meals a day ( I use to only eat once a day. I know I know. bad). Lots of water and veggies. Eating healthy and freq makes me feel better mentally. I dont get so tired or anxious.
Makeup. I usually only wear foundation and mascara so I needed to buy a lot of makeup. I bought some high end foundation, and an airbrush systems (need to cover my pimples), high end concealer, eyeshadow and blush. I will buy drugstore contouring powder, mascara, lip liner, lipstick and mascara. I have been watching youtube videos and practicing my makeup application. I decided to buy my own makeup and do it myself instead of paying a proffesional so that I could keep my makeup and use it for a long time. I am only spending a little bit more than if I hired a proffesional but I can use my makeup everyday. I am kinda addicted to makeup now.
That is all I can think of for now. What is everyone else doing?
