decided I was tired of looking like a big pile of goo, so I started going to the gym. This is what ONE MONTH can do.
Here’s what I did: cut out fast food (seriously, I was eating McDonalds breakfast 3 times a week), cooking more at home, actually going to the gym and working out (having a friend to go with me really helps)
Here’s what I didn’t and don’t do: weigh myself (I don’t care what the scale says. I care what my brain says), count calories/fat/etc (I still say every day is cheat day. If I want a doughnut or candy bar, I eat it), live in the gym (I try to go 3-4 times a week), feel guilty if I eat something bad or miss a workout (I’m not going to punish myself when I know I’ve come this far!)
If I can do it, so can you!!

Wow! What a difference a month can make! How long did you spend at the gym when you went? What kind of workouts were you doing? I’m trying to lose the baby weight, and it’s tough!
