mrspinesol:  Congrats!  I ordered several dresses to try on from them also! Not the same ones as you, otherwise I’d post pics :).  They were very light and flowy… in the end I felt like the one I liked the best was not the same in person as in the photo, but it’s still a lovely dress.

Also –  It is actually BEHOLDEN minus the vowels. Anthro was inspired by the Dutch word, which means “to keep”, and so became BHLDN. At the store, they pronounce it “Beholden” πŸ™‚

Beautiful gowns! I have a BHLDN store close to me and was going to make an appointment, but they’re booked over a month in advance and I ended up finding my dress elsewhere! Still wish I got the BHLDN experience though πŸ™‚ Let us know how they look!

mrspinesol:  I tried on the Annabelle in the store and was not impressed with the quality.  I also thought it was oddly poufy so it made me look bigger, but I’ve since found out that may be because of the extra material to make the top convertible.  I also tried on the Savannah topper, which I liked.  FYI, it ran large.  I’m normally a size 4, and the size small would have to be taken in in the back.  I absolutely loved the Camille topper, but I never tried it on because it wasn’t available in ivory.

mrspinesol:  ooh post pics, please! I’m supposed to wear the Juliette dress in cameo pink as a bridesmaid in November and haven’t seen it in person yet. Would love to see how it looks on a real human πŸ™‚

I was a BHLDN bride – the Omelia gown. I absolutely loved it! Show us pics!
