I’m sure you have been working out to lose that much.  If you are doing any chest exercises (bench press…) then cut back.  If you build muscle there it will make your girls look bigger.

I little bandeau over them? If you really think you need to flatten them a little, but if it fits well after it’s zipped then I’m sure it’s fine, what did the people doing the fitting for you say?

Awesome job on the weight loss! I don’t have any advice unfortunately. My boobs were the first thing to leave once I lost weight. Now they’re deflated :(I went from 36 Dirty Delete to 34C. I actually had to have padded cups sewn into my dress!

Are you still planning on losing more weight? They might still shrink a little.

congrats on the weight loss.  i don’t know if you can just exercise your boobs.  when i lose weight, i always seem to lose it on my chest first.

ugh, I have this problem too, girl. I use to think my boobs were my greatest asset physically. In high school I had a tiny waist and huge boobs…who wouldn’t want that? And then I turned 30 and my waist caught up to my boobs and then my boobs grew even bigger.

Not to mention that my Fiance told me on one of our first dates that he is not a “boob guy” (but now that he has met me and seen mine he says I have now turned him into one). One of my biggest fears about my wedding dress is that my boobs will pop out too much. Here a picture of my fitting. Please give me your honest opinion

Dang girl you look amazing!! Everything looks in place since you’re standing but have you tried jumping around/dancing in the dress? Do a little shimmy shimmy in front of the mirror to check if the front starts to shift and to see if the shimmying causes the need to pull the dress up. aside from that, you look great!

It looks like it fits just fine. Strapless gowns have to be tighter than a typical strapless dress because they are so heavy and structured. Since you can’t lose weight only in your boobs, you’ll probably have to live with it, or possibly get a bra strap extender.

Sometimes dresses just have tricky hooks. If it looks fine once you’re in it, I wouldn’t be too concerned.

Unfortunately, you can’t target weight loss to one specific area.  I disagree with PP – continue doing chest and back exercises.  Replacing the fat with muscle WON’T bulk you up and make you look bigger.  It will actually lean you out and make you smoother.

Continue eating as clean as possible.  Diet is the biggest factor in this.  That “soft, squishy” look can be reduced by eating clean and eliminating processed, fatty foods.  Continue exercising and if you AREN’T weight training, definitely add it to your routine.  Muscle burns MUCH more fat than cardio alone.  And many people think weight lifting will add bulk, but it WON’T, trust me 🙂

@copewedding:  Totally agree with everything you said. It would take SO MUCH weight training to “bulk up” boobs…..not ever going to happen.

I feel your pain. I’ve always had a chest that I feel is too big for my body… It never changes.. I was a size 2 with 34D boobs… no matter how much weight I loose I never loose the boobs. I unfortunately got a strapless dress, and I’m having serious dress regret but I did find these online and I am ordering them next week!!
